Mt. Airy Elementary School kicked off their special, school-wide shared reading event, One School, One Book, on Friday, March 8, 2019, with an assembly featuring a skit introducing the book "The World According to Humphrey" by Betty G. Birney. Every student, faculty, and staff member received a copy of the book. Students are asked to read the book with family at home over the next few weeks. Students will be invited to answer daily trivia questions. Mt Airy Elementary School looks forward to a month of Humphrey as we have our very own Humphrey school pet!
